Chin Rei Khew

Yoga is the best form of self-care - physically, mentally and emotionally. It all begins with silence. As we quiet down our busy minds, we are able to hear what our body, mind and heart is telling us.  “From my own practice, I have found that asana practice is an opportunity to delve into silence. As I take the first breath of each practice, my mind automatically quiets and I pay attention to all the connections within. With every practice, I understand myself a little more and feel just that tiny bit wiser!  Come take your first breath with me, listen to your body, mind and heart. Be rewarded by your own silence, peace and innate wisdom."

Shu Ping Lim

I hope to be able to help individuals with the benefits of yoga practice through a positive and fun environment.   As an avid runner, active individual and a touch rugby player, Shuping has never thought of yoga, until torn ligaments, dislocated shoulders and numerous other injuries left her no choice but to step out of competitive sports to recuperate. Yoga has helped Shuping tremendously in building flexibility, strength and balance, both physically and mentally

Amy Tan

With a lifelong passion for exercise, I began as a certified sports instructor. However, discovering Bikram Yoga truly transformed my life. It became more than just a workout; it was a journey into my mind, spirit, strength, weakness, and flexibility. This practice allowed me to deeply connect the mind with the body. The transformation I experienced is something I am passionate about sharing with others. As a teacher, my mission is to guide others on their paths of self-discovery. Through Bikram Yoga, I believe everyone can uncover their true selves, leading to a life of happiness, health, and passion. Teaching is my way of helping others live fully.

Sandy Likitdachavongs

Alignment & engagement forms the core of Sandy's classes - that means understanding your body's strengths and weaknesses, having that breath, body and mind connection to know the best option to take for your body each practice day. Sandy has been teaching since 2014 and enjoys leading a range of classes from basic classes to hot classes. She believes that rather than bending the body to fit the yoga practice, it is more important to make the yoga practice work for you. Every day is different but yoga is always here for you. And that is the beauty of yoga that she wishes to spread through her teachings, providing a safe and effective practice for every body.

Jill Alphonso

Yoga is an ongoing journey towards self-realization I first experienced dynamic meditation at the age of 14, then found yoga at age 22. I knew these were practices I would continue throughout my life. As a teacher, my hope is to give you an experience that turns your awareness to the presence of your being. My goal is to have you look in the mirror and, working with your physical form and alignment, also see much more than your physical form. I would love for you to begin to see the beauty of your intangible, infinite Self that persists beyond the material world.

Kenneth Kow

An "accidental yogi", Kenneth's practice started in 2008 after attending a hot yoga class. Embracing stillness through the flow of each asana was both difficult and challenging. He was intrigued at how he unexpectedly got a full body workout and knew he had to come back the next day. Kenneth considers himself blessed to have met and learnt from teachers who have both guided and inspired him throughout his yoga journey. His fondest memory is winning the 2009 Singapore Yoga Asana Championship. In addition, both he and his wife are dedicated yogis who have spent a few years in both local and international yoga championships. Their yoga passion gives them great satisfaction and fulfilment through teaching others. For those who are on the fence of trying yoga, Kenneth believes that flexibility is not a requirement to begin. Rather, constant practice and determination will create transformation for both the mind and body.
